The Society RotePfote (RedPaw) - cancer research for animals

is a cooperation between the Medical University Vienna and the Veterinary University Vienna. The aim of the society is exchange, joint research and development of modern cancer therapies improving the life of animals as well as humans suffering from cancer.

In Boxer-Kennel at Klagenfurt "vom Rababach" Boxer Mom Thaya currently has nine perky boxer puppies! Breeder of this litter with Ursula Winkler, breeder supports cancer research for the animal with the words: "It is not obvious that one's beloved pet is always on the sunny side of life! So it is a good feeling, that the donation has arrived where it is needed!

"RotePfote" says a big thank you. Also to the Carinthian Boxer breeders Dr. Elizabeth Fuchs-Rothenpieler (Boxer of the „Lindwurmstadt“) and Gudrun Bornschein (Boxer of Dillbergblick“) who served with her last litter a contribution to cancer research.

Dr. Elizabeth Fuchs-Rothenpieler, chairwoman of the ÖBK Landesgruppe Kärnten, combine the country group dog show 2011 with a fundraiser for "red paw": Instead of the usual small gift to the handlers, the country group donated for every participating boxer at the exhibition, 5 € to "RotePfote – Krebsforschung für das Tier." "RotePfote" thanks for this valuable and good ideas to make, in time of exhibited dogs best health, a contribution to the precaution/prevention for the boxer and the entire dog population.
